CAKE «Crane»

Ingredients:
sugar — 150 gr.
egg — 5 pcs. (240 gr.)
butter — 25 gr.
nuts (hazelnuts) fried — 30 oz.
flour — 160 gr.
For the cream:
butter — 192 gr.
nuts (hazelnuts)
boiled — 30 oz.
yolk — 2.5 pc. (50 gr.)
condensed milk — 114 gr.
vanilla sugar — ½ hours. l.
water — 50 ml
For the glaze:
milk chocolate — 100g.
vegetable oil — 10 gr.
icing sugar for decoration
